My name is Alev Kayagil and I am learning advisor and facilitator. Since 2015 I have been working in the international cooperation sector with NGOs and research organisations at local, national and international levels in different project management capacities across Canada, the UK, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Tukey and the Netherlands. In the last few years I provide support to organisations in the sector in internal learning and advise on monitoring for results to achieve impactful change.

I design learning & advisory trajectories and train on results based management so that teams can effectively design, learn and sustain their projects and programs. I do this by:

• Providing practical tools and frameworks to monitor for results
• Facilitate learning and reflection processes that enable organisations to take decisions based on results
• Facilitate and develop interactive learning modules and practical learning content
