I provide holistic results-based management support throughout the project cycle-from consortium development to proposal writing and subsequent monitoring and evaluation. I use results based management approach to streamline all processes in project development and execution-ensuring that the focus is always achieving results, having a common understanding of what we mean by results and developing realistic and sustainable processes to track and monitor progress. In my advisory support I draw upon a number of practical tools and models such as the COM-B Behavioural Change Model, Kirkpatrick Model for learning and Progress Markers in Outcome Mapping Methodology.

I aim to create strong and value-based relationships with my clients therefore my advisory services combine interactive and hands-on workshops with 1:1 advice. This approach not only strengthens my working relationships but also aims to build the capacities of my clients. For example, during inception I aim to have interactive exercises and group work to come to a common understanding on a specific topic and identify the expectations of all those participating.
